绕管换热器壳侧气相流动实验与数值模拟

         

摘要

搭建了绕管换热器壳侧流动实验平台,并对一个竖直布置的4层绕管式换热器进行了壳侧空气流动实验.与关联式进行对比,包含换热器结构参数的Messa压降关联式,平均绝对偏差12.82%.同时,针对绕管式换热器壳侧几何结构的周期性,利用周期性边界条件,简化了绕管换热器壳侧的几何模型.并应用简化后的三维微元结构对绕管壳侧的传热和压降特性进行了数值模拟.模拟结果与实验较为吻合,压降的平均绝对偏差为16.81%.%A shell side flow experimental setup was built and an air flow experiment on the self-manufactured spiral-wound heat exchanger with four layers was carried out.In contrast to the correlations,the Messa' s pressure drop correlated with the structural parameters of the heat exchanger has an average absolute deviation of 12.82%.At the same time,due to the periodicity structure of the shell side of spiralwound heat exchanger,a three dimensional numerical model with simplified geometry was approached by using the periodic boundary condition.The heat transfer and pressure drop of the three-dimensional element structure on the shell side were simulated numerically.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results.The average absolute deviation of the pressure drop is 16.81%.
