R410A在管内冷凝换热及压降的实验研究

             

摘要

In recent years, the refrigeration profession starts to the new environmental protection refrigerant, it requests that new enhanced heat transfer tube has a better performance and adapts to the environmental protection refrigerant operating mode.Through an independently designed experimental device for evaporation and condensation, with R410A, experiment studies were conducted separately to 5mm,7mm as well as 9.52mm internally thread tubes. It was found that the thread tooth diameter and the addendum angle had the major impact on the condensation heat transfer coefficient; The tooth diameter and the tooth depth had an important function to internal threaded line pipe’s pressure drop. According to heat transfer coefficient, pressure loss and the unit condensation pressure drop heat transfer coefficient along with the working substance mass velocity’s change relations, it is known 7nnn internally thread tube’s heat transfer performance is better than other two kinds of tubes.%近年来,制冷行业开始改用新型环保制冷剂,要求新型强化传热管有更良好的性能并适应环保制冷剂的工况.通过自行设计的一台集管内蒸发和冷凝为一体的实验台,以R410A作为制冷剂,分别对5mm、7mm以及9.52mm三种内螺纹管进行实验研究.发现:(1)螺纹齿径和齿顶角对冷凝换热系数有重大影响;(2)齿径比以及齿高对内螺纹管的压降变化起重大作用.根据换热系数和压力损失,由单位冷凝压降换热系数随工质质量流速的变化关系可知,7mm内螺纹管的换热性能要优于其他两种管子.
