Some B2F degree tobacco samples of different soil parent material, different soil types and altitude in Fenghuang county were studied to explore the relationship among the soil, altitude and flue-cured tobacco quality. The results indicate that the contents of K and chlorogenic acid in different soil parent material flue-cured tobacco are extremely different, and the equilibrium moisture content, total nitrogen, rue glucoside, the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar, the ratio of K/CI also exist significant differences. The stem ratio, volatile alkali, chlorogenic acid and rue glucoside of flue-cured tobacco planted in different soil types show extremely significant difference, and the contents of total nitrogen and K are significantly different. The physiochemical index of flue-cured tobacco planted in-different altitude has not achieving significant difference levels except contain infarction rate and beta carotene.%以凤凰县不同成土母质、不同土壤类型及不同海拔产区烟田(云烟87)为试点,以烘烤结束后各对应试点B2F 等级初烤烟叶为材料,研究了土壤、海拔与烤烟品质的关系.结果表明:不同成土母质烤烟的钾、绿原酸含量存在极显著差异,平衡含水率、总氮、芸香苷、两糖差、钾氯比存在显著差异;不同土壤类型烤烟含梗率、挥发碱、绿原酸和芸香苷含最差异极显著,总氮、钾含量差异显著;不同海拔烤烟除含梗率和β胡萝卜素差异显著外,其余均未达到显著水平.凤凰县烤烟品质整体水平较好,但存在烟碱较高,总氮、钾含最、氮碱比、钾氯比偏低的问题.
