低温持续时间对烤烟苗期农艺性状与生理特性的影响

     

摘要

在光照培养箱条件下开展模拟试验,研究了低温持续时间对烤烟苗期生长与叶片生理特性的影响。结果表明:(1)烟苗农艺性状明显受到低温的影响,且所受影响随低温处理时间延长而增大;各农艺性状指标中,对低温最敏感的是株高,其次是叶长和叶面积,叶宽最不敏感;根系对低温的敏感程度较地上部小;(2)叶片叶绿素a、b、a+b含量在低温条件下显著提高,且处理间差异随低温处理时间延长而增大;(3)低温使叶片可溶性糖与丙二醛含量及电解质渗漏率显著提高,且处理间差异随处理时间延长而增大。%A simulation experiment was conducted in illumination box to study the effect of low temperature duration on growth of seedlings and physiological properties of leaves of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that (1 )agronomic traits of tobacco seedlings were clearly affected by low temperature,and the effects turned greater with the prolongation of low temperature treatment. Among agronomic traits,the most sensitive index to low temperature was plant height,and the next two indexes were leaf length and leaf area,while the most insensitive index was leaf width. The sensitive degree of roots to low temperature was lower than that of upland part. (2)Content of chlorophyll a,b and a+b in tobacco leaves were significantly increased in low temperature treatment,and the differences between treatments were increased with the prolongation of low temperature treatment. (3)The electrolyte leakage and content of soluble sugar and MDA were signifi-cantly increased under low temperature condition,and the differences between treatments were increased with the prolonga-tion of low temperature treatment.
