不同品种油葵对土壤中镉的富集作用比较研究

         

摘要

2016年进行油葵镉高积累品种筛选,结果表明:(1)在同一镉污染土地上,不同油葵品种吸镉量有差异,同一油葵品种的不同部位镉含量也不一样;(2)同一镉背景值下,不同品种油葵产量差异明显,同一品种在不同镉背景值下产量差异不明显;(3)不同油葵品种在不同镉含量土壤上籽粒镉含量差异不明显;(4)不同品种油葵在不同镉含量土壤上秸秆镉含量差异不明显;(5)各品种秸秆—籽粒的转运系数都小于1,秸秆和籽粒的富集系数都大于1,且秸秆的富集系数都大于籽粒的富集系数;(6)无论是中度还是重度镉污染土地上种植的油葵,其籽粒初加工的原油中镉含量极低,可以放心食用.%High cadmium accumulation varieties of oil sunflower were screened in 2016.The results showed that:(1) There were differences in the cadmium amounts of different oil sunflower varieties in same cadmium contaminated land,and there were differences in the accumulated cadmium in different parts of the same variety.(2) There were obviously differences in the yields of different oil sunflower varieties under the same cadmium background.The yields of the same cultivars were not obvious at the different cadmium background.(3) The cadmium contents in the seeds were no significant in different oil sunflower cultivars and different cadmium content soils.(4) There was also no signficant difference in cadmium content oil sunflower cultivars in different cadmium content soils.(5)The transfer coefficients from straw to seed were less than 1 in all oil sunflower cultivars.The enrichment factors of the straw and seed were more than 1 of all oil sunflower cultivars,and the enrichment factors of the straw were more than that of the seed.(6) The cadmium content in the crude seed oil was very low and safe for consumer whether the oil sunflower planted in moderate cadmium contaminated soil or severe cadmium contaminated soil.
