A pot Experiment simulating waterlogging was conducted with five barley varieties to investigate the growth status and waterlogging adaptability of barley cultivars during flowering stage,and to provide basis for screening of barley varieties with waterlogging tolerance.The effects of waterlogging on the plant height,yield,Chlorophyll SPAD value and some nutri-ents of five barley varieties were studied.The five barley cultivars showed high resistance to waterlogging during flowering stage.The plant height,theoretical seed yield,theoretical straw yield,and crude protein of Huadamei 9 were the highest, which showed good resistance against waterlogging.The chlorophyll SPAD value and chlorophyll content of barley plant were reduced by waterlogging,so its photosynthesis was decreased.But the chlorophyll content in Huadamei 9 recovered faster after waterlogging.Therefore,Huadamei 9 is a suitable variety to cultivate in winter idle fields where may be water-logging during March to May in the south.%湖南大麦易受春夏渍涝的危害,探讨不同大麦品种在开花期淹水后的生长状况和适应性,可为大麦耐涝性品种的筛选提供基础。以华大麦4号、华大麦6号、华大麦8号、华大麦9号和华大麦12号为试验材料,采用盆栽实验,人为淹水模拟涝害,对5个大麦品种的株高、产量、叶绿素 SPAD 值及部分营养成分指标进行检测,结果表明5个大麦品种对开花期涝害的抵抗能力都较强,华大麦9号的株高、理论种子产量、理论秸秆产量、全秆粗蛋白含量最高,对涝害的抗逆性较强。涝害降低了大麦叶绿素 SPAD 值,导致大麦叶绿素含量降低而减弱光合作用,模拟涝害结束后华大麦9号的叶绿素含量恢复最快,适应性好。华大麦9号耐涝性出色,是适合南方3~5月份有涝害发生的冬闲田种植的品种。
