智能三维机织玄武岩纤维复合材料的制备

         

摘要

Manufacture method of three dimensional basalt fiber compound material was discussed. 800 tex twisted glass fiber filament yarn was used as warp,2 000 tex twistless basalt fiber filament yarn was used as weft,constantan resistance wire with 0.7 mm diameter was used as material, through VARTM shaping processing, intelligent three dimensional basalt fiber compound material was designed and developed,change of resistance was tested. It is considered that three dimensional basalt fiber preform can be developed and designed on common loom that was modified properly. Sensitive intelligent compound material with perceptive load perception can be made through VARTM forming processing,I. E. Three dimensional basalt fiber fabric with resistance wire and unsaturated polyester resin were compounded and formed, the processing is simpler and the cost is lower.%探讨智能三维机织玄武岩纤维复合材料的制备方法.原料采用以800 tex有捻玻璃纤维纱为经纱、2000 tex玄武岩纤维无捻粗纱为纬纱以及以直径为0.7 mm的康铜电阻丝,通过VARTM成形工艺,开发设计了智能三维机织玄武岩纤维复合材料,并对其应变丝电阻的变化进行了检测.认为:在普通织机上经适当改造,便能开发生产带电阻丝的三维机织玄武岩纤维预制件;通过VARTM成形工艺,把带电阻丝的三维机织玄武岩纤维织物与不饱和聚酯树脂复合成形,制成具有感知负载功能的敏感智能复合材料,工艺简单,成本低.
