棉纺工艺气流的控制和利用初探

摘要

Cotton spinning processing airflow control and use methods in each process were discussed. Properties of each cotton spinning processing airflows were introduced. Control and use of cotton spinning processing airflows in each process were analyzed in detail, the related control methods were put forward. It is considered that through using processing airflow rule and characteristics,steering airflow,labors working strength can be reduced,air environment can be improved,product quality can be stabled and increased.%探讨棉纺各工序中工艺气流的控制和利用方法.介绍了棉纺工程各工艺气流的特点,对各工序工艺气流的控制和应用进行了详细地分析,并提出了相应的控制方法.认为:通过利用工艺气流的规律和特征,引导气流,能够实现降低劳动强度,改善空气环境,稳定和提高产品质量.
