探讨转杯纱捻度测试方法.分析了纱线退绕方向、预加张力对捻度测试值的影响.提出去除包缠纤维后,采用直接计数法的测试方法.认为:在转杯纱捻度测试中应注意保持退绕方向一致性,减少人为造成的退捻或加捻.预加张力与捻度测试值呈正相关,选择预加张力时,除了考虑纱的线密度外,可通过与直接计数法的对比试验找出适宜的预加张力设定值,以提高捻度测试数据的准确性；去除包缠纤维后,采用直接计数法,可以测试出较为准确的转杯纱捻度值.此法可用于捻度争议时的仲裁检验.%Test methods of rotor yarn twist were discussed. Effect of yarn unwinding direction and pr-tension on twist test value was analyzed. It is put forward that test method of direct counting should be adopted after removal wrapped fiber. It is considered that in testing rotor yarn twist, consistency of unwinding direction should be kept, man-made unwinding or winding should be reduced. Relationship between pre-tension and twist test valve is positive correlation. In selecting pre-tension, in addition to consider yarn linear density, proper pre-tension value can be got by direct counting method contrast test to improve accuracy of twist test value. After removing winding fiber, the more accurate rotor yarn twist value can be tested by direct counting method. The method can be used to arbitrate test as twist controversy.
