基于微波透射法的织物含水率测试

         

摘要

探讨微波投射技术用于检测织物含水率的方法和效果.针对国内大多数纺织企业现有的检测方法大多为人工检测,且效率低、能源浪费严重的现状,设计出一种基于微波透射法的含水率检测系统.利用所建立的检测系统对细棉布、牛仔布和棉麻布含水率进行了测量,最后通过人工神经网络对所检测到的数据进行训练,并与传统称重法得到的结果进行比较.结果表明:该系统的检测精度高,达到了预期目标.认为:该系统具有实时性好、非接触、检测精度高、可实现在线检测等优点.%Method and effect of applying microwave transmission to test fabric moisture content were discussed.According to the status of artificial detection in textile mill currently,such as lower efficiency,larger energy-consumption,fabric moisture content test system based on microwave transmission was designed.Three kinds of fabric were test by the system,including fine cotton fabric,denim and cotton hemp blended fabric.Artificial Neural Networks was used to process the data then the result is contrasted to traditional weight method.The result shows that the test accuracy of the system is higher,expected goal can be reached.It is considered that advantages of the system are obvious including better real-time,non-contact,higher test accuracy and online test.
