基于高速摄影分析络筒过程纱线毛羽变化

         

摘要

Main mechanical components of effecting yarn hairiness increase in winding were analyzed. Dynamic forms of several main mechanical components in automatic winding machine were recorded by high-speed camera. Software of i-SPEED Viewer was used to observe yarn hairiness increased when passing each component. Main parts of yam hairiness increase in winding machine were analyzed. The result shows that yarn harmful hairiness is increased greatly after winding,the influences of winding machine tension device and grooved drum on the yarn hairiness are the greatest. It is considered that tension device and grooved drum should be researched in further to control yam hairiness increase effectively and reduce yarn hairiness.%分析影响络筒毛羽增长的主要机械部件.利用高速摄像机拍摄了纱线经过自动络筒机几个主要机械部件处的运动形态,通过i-SPEED Viewer软件观察经过各机械部件后纱线毛羽增加的数量,分析络筒机上筒纱毛羽产生的主要部位.结果表明:经过络筒,纱线有害毛羽数大量增加,其中张力装置和槽筒装置对纱线毛羽的影响最大.认为应对张力装置和槽简装置进行进一步研究,更有效地减少络筒毛羽的增加,以达到有针对性地控制毛羽的目的.
