低分子量壳聚糖对涤纶织物亲水性的影响

             

摘要

研究低分子量壳聚糖接枝对涤纶织物亲水性能的影响.用双氧水降解制备低分子量壳聚糖,将其用于涤纶纤维和织物的改性处理.用红外光谱分析仪、热重分析仪以及扫描电镜等对壳聚糖及改性后涤纶织物的性能进行测试分析.结果表明:低分子量壳聚糖改性涤纶纤维平均回潮率可达3.28%;接枝的低分子量壳聚糖涤纶织物回潮率从0.4%上升到了1.03%,芯吸高度从2.8 cm/(30 min)上升到了6.3 cm/(30 min),接触角从83.7°下降到了34.2°.认为:经过低分子量壳聚糖改性的涤纶织物具有良好的亲水性能.%Effect of lower molecular weight chitosan on hydrophilicity of polyester fabric was studied.Lower molecular weight chitosan was prepared by degradation of chitosan with H2O2 to modify polyester fiber and the fabric.of Chitosan and modified polyester fabric were tested and analyzed by using infrared spectrometric analyzer,thermal gravimetric analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The results show that moisture regain of polyester fiber modified by lower molecular weight chitosan can be reached 3.28%.Moisture regain of grafted lower molecular weight chitosan polyester fabric is raised from 0.4% to 1.03%.Wicking height is raised from 2.8 cm/30 min to 6.3 cm/30 min.Contact angle is decreased from 83.7° to 34.2°.It is considered that polyester fabric modified by lower molecular weight chitosan has better hydrophilicity.
