再生纤维素短纤维仿丝织物的生产实践

摘要

Process key points of regenerated cellulose staple fiber silk-like fabric were summarized.The quality indexes of three types of fibers were introduced.Taking bright viscose 14.8 tex hard twist yarn as example,production key points of spinning process were introduced.Twist factor was optimized.Taking a silk-like fabric as example,key points of weaving process were introduced.Three types of fabric indexes were tested.Results show that fabric indexes can meet the requirements of relevant national standard.It is considered that the silk-like fabric has better luster,pleasant softness,higher resilience,can meet new fashion requirement of summer clothing.%总结再生纤维素短纤维仿真丝织物的工艺要点.介绍了选用的三种纤维质量指标,以有光粘胶14.8 tex强捻纱为例,介绍了纺部生产要点,重点对捻系数进行了优选.以一种仿真丝织物为例,介绍了织造各工序要点,对生产的三种织物指标进行了测试.结果表明:生产的织物指标均达到了相关国家标准要求.认为:生产的仿真丝产品,光泽好,手感柔软、富有弹性,可以满足人们夏季服饰新时尚需求.
