转杯纺纱通道内气流流动特性的数值分析

         

摘要

The influence of groove type on the airflow field in rotor with 42 mm diameter was discussed.The three-dimensional flow field in spinning channel was calculated with the Fluent software.The distribution of pressure field and velocity field in spinning channel were obtained from the calculation results.The test results show that the speed in groove channel for T type is larger than U type and U type is larger than S type under the same processing condition.The pressure for S type is larger than U type and the U type is larger than T type.The yarn strength for T type is bigger than U type and the U type is bigger than S type.The static pressures of airflow and speed trend of each groove channel are almost the same.U type channel is taken as an example.The accelerated movement of airflow was happened in cotton transporting channel.The speed at exit is up to maximum 226.31 m/s.The Maximum value of the pressure at the entrance of cotton transporting channel is 16 321.65 Pa.Moreover,the pressure at the exit became negative and most static pressure in rotor is negative.It is considered that the flow characteristic numerical analyses of airflow in rotor spinning channel is beneficial to the optimization of spinning process.%探讨凝聚槽型号对42 mm直径转杯内气流场的影响.在软件Fluent中对纺纱通道内的三维流场进行数值计算,由计算结果得到了纺纱通道内压力场和速度场的分布.结果表明:在相同工艺条件下,凝聚槽内速度大小为T型>U型>S型,压力大小为S型>U型>T型,所纺纱线强度大小为T型>U型>S型;各槽型内气流静压和速度趋势基本一致,以U型槽为例,气流在输棉通道中加速运动,在出口处速度达到最大值226.31 m/s;输棉通道入口处压力最大值为16 321.65 Pa,在出口处变为负压,转杯内大部分静压为负压.认为:转杯纺纱通道内气流流动特性的数值分析有助于纺纱工艺的优化.
