JWF1278型精梳机的性能特点及应用

摘要

探讨JWF1278型精梳机的性能特点和应用效果.分析了JWF1278型新型精梳机的性能特点.以无锡经纬纺织科技试验有限公司"棉纺数字化车间"项目,2.2万锭全流程环锭纺棉纺生产线为例,采用JWF1278型精梳机生产JC/T 13 tex纱,对有关工艺项目和成纱质量指标进行了试验分析.认为:JWF1278型精梳机性能优良,适应高速,在实际生产中具有较好的使用效果.%The performance characteristics and application effect of JWF1278 comber were discussed.The performance characteristics of new type JWF1278 comber were analyzed.The project of Digital Workshop of Cotton Spinning in Wuxi Jingwei Textile Technology Test Co.,Ltd.with 22 000 spindles cotton ring spinning production line was taken as an example.JWF1278 comber was adopted for the production of JC/T 13 tex yarn. The related processing items and yarn quality indexes were experimentally analyzed.It is considered that the char-acteristics of JWF1278 comber is excellent.It is suitable for higher speed running.It has great application effect in practical production.
