高炉煤气管道的腐蚀与缓蚀剂保护

摘要

莱钢采用干法除尘工艺后,管道内壁腐蚀严重.分析了腐蚀的原因,结合莱钢实际情况提出了气相缓蚀剂防护方案,并进行了工业性试验,验证了方案的可行性.该方案已成功应用于生产中.%The corrosion of gas pipeline inwall due to dried blast furnace gas after dedusting in Laiwu Steel was analyzed. A protection program using vapor corrosion inhibitor was proposed. The industrial tests proved the feasibility of the program.
