凝汽器管在循环冷却水中的腐蚀评价方法

         

摘要

采用失重法(静态旋转挂片法和动态模拟法)与电化学方法(极化曲线和线性极化电阻法)研究了三种常见凝汽器管材(20钢、HSn70-1B黄铜和TP316L不锈钢)在某地表水中的腐蚀情况。结果表明,该地表水经阻垢缓蚀剂和加酸处理后在4倍浓缩倍率下运行时对TP316L不锈钢、HSn70-1B黄铜的腐速均小于0.005mm/a的技术标准要求,动态模拟试验得到的腐蚀速率略低于旋转挂片试验得到的腐蚀速率,电化学方法得到的腐蚀速率与失重法结果基本一致。%Weight-loss method (rotation specimen method and dynamic simulation method) and electrochemical methods (polarization curves and linear polarization resistance measurement) were employed to evaluate the corrosion of three condenser tube materials ( # 20 carbon steel, HSn70-1B brass and 316L stainless steel) in surface water. The results indicate that the corrosion rates of HSn70qB brass and 316L stainless steel were both less than 0. 005 mm/a in surface water treated by scale-corrosion inhibitors and acid with concentration ratio of 4. The result of dynamic simulation test was a little less than that of rotation specimen method. The corrosion rates obtained by electrochemiscal methods and mass loss measurementwere basically the same.
