Nozzle is the most important part of hydraulic fracturing. In the course of construction, nozzle is prone to be damaged by erosion-corrosion and thus its service life becomes shorter. A mathematical model of nozzle's erosioncorrosion was built by computational fluid dynamics method to study how the inlet pressure, sand content, particle size and density and liquid viscosity influence the shear stress of nozzle wall under the condition of constant corrosivity of the media. The results show that the erosion-corrosion of inlet is the most serious, the inlet pressure and sand content have great impact on the wail shear stress of nozzle wall.%一喷嘴是水力喷砂压裂技术中最重要的部位,在施工过程中容易发生冲刷腐蚀,喷嘴的使用寿命因此缩短。运用计算流体力学的方法,建立了喷嘴冲刷腐蚀的数学模型,在介质腐蚀性一致的条件下,研究人口压力、含砂量、颗粒大小和密度、液相粘度对喷嘴壁受到的剪切应力大小的影响。结果显示,喷嘴冲刷腐蚀最严重的部位是入口处,入口压力和含砂量对喷嘴壁剪切应力的大小影响最大。
