三种电弧喷锌防护涂层在3.5%NaCI溶液中的耐蚀性

     

摘要

采用电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢基体上制备出纯锌、Zn-A1合金和zmAl伪合金涂层。通过浸泡试验和电化学测试考察涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了涂层腐蚀后的表面形貌及腐蚀产物的相结构。结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中三种涂层的耐腐蚀性按Zn_Al伪合金涂层、ZnA1合金涂层、Zn涂层的顺序依次降低。%Pure Zn, Zn-A1 alloy and Zn-A1 pseudo-alloy coatings were prepared on Q235 steel surface by arc spraying technique. The corrosion resistance of these coatings was investigated by immersion testing and electrochemical measurements in 3.5%NaC1 solution. The surface morphology of the samples after test and the phase composition o{ corrosion products were analyzed by using electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the corrosion resistance of the coatings decreased sequentially in the order of Zn-AI pseudo alloy coating, Zn-A1 alloy coating, and pure Zn coating.
