摘要

Wall thickness thinning and perforation resulted from the corrosion of measurement separator bottom head are the main reasons of the vessel scrapping.The process of installation and replacement of the vessel is complex process and takes high cost and long time.According to the analysis of corrosion causes and corrosion position,the structure of vessel body,support,liquid level gauge and other parts were improved,including the decrease single component size and the simplification of the process in installation,repair and replacement.The structure improvement enhanced the equipment safety and corrosion resistance.%计量分离器下封头腐蚀导致壁厚减薄甚至穿孔是容器报废的主要原因,容器的安装和更换过程复杂、成本高、耗时长.根据容器腐蚀原因分析及腐蚀通常发生的部位,对容器的本体、支座、液位计接管等部位的结构进行改进,减小了单个组件尺寸,简化了安装、维修和更换过程,提高了设备安全性和抗腐蚀能力.
