Produced water quality and corrosion products of the production system of an offshore oilfield in the South China Sea were analyzed.The results show that the main cause of the production system corrosion was pitting corrosion resulting from CO2 at high temperature.And obvious scaling tendency of CaCOa,high TDS (total dissolved solid) and high content of Cl-for produced water promoted the probability of pitting.The corrosion was controlled well by continuous adding high temperature corrosion inhibitor.%对南海某油田生产系统的采出水水质和腐蚀区域产物进行了分析.结果表明:该油田生产系统的腐蚀主要是高温CO2引起的点蚀;同时,采出水明显的CaCO3结垢倾向、高矿化度、高Cl-含量会提高点蚀发生的概率.向油井中连续投加高温缓蚀剂,可使油田的腐蚀得到很好的控制.
