基于某再生水厂现有水处理工艺,对其混凝沉淀和消毒工艺进行优化,通过挂片失重试验、扫描电镜(SEM)观察和X射线衍射(XRD)分析对比研究了两种再生水处理工艺对管网腐蚀的影响.结果表明:优化工艺出水的Larson指数和微生物活性比原工艺出水的显著降低,金属表面腐蚀层呈光滑晶态状,在优化工艺产出的再生水中,对管体起到保护作用的CaCO3层从腐蚀初期就开始形成并贯穿整个腐蚀过程中,使再生水管网的腐蚀情况得到缓解,因此优化工艺可有效地缓解铸铁管网的腐蚀.%Based on the existing treatment process of a recycling plant,the flocculation and disinfection processes were optimized.The effects of two kinds of reclaimed water treatment processes on the corrosion of pipe network were analyzed by weight-loss method,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that the Iarson index and microbial activity of the effluent from the optimization process were significantly reduced in comparison with the old process,and the corrosion surface was smooth and crystalline.The CaCO3 layer alleviating the corrosion of cast iron pipe network formed from the beginning of corrosion to the whole corrosion process.Therefore the optimization process can effectively alleviate the corrosion of cast iron pipe network.
