具多时滞的不确定离散奇异系统的鲁棒稳定性

给出了一类具多时滞不确定离散奇异系统与时滞无关的容易计算的鲁棒稳定性判据,并且提供了稳定和性能鲁棒性的有效度量方法.给出的例子描述了该方法的应用.%This paper presents an easily computational rob ustness stability criterion independent of delays and provides effective quantit ative measures in the deliberation of both stability robustness and performance robustness for linear uncertain discrete singular systems with multiple time delays. An example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
