针对温度测量过程中的温度漂移问题,分别从温度传感器的选取、测量方案的设计、实际测量电路和滤波算法4个方面给出了具体的解决方案.详细阐述了后级两级AD623信号放大及调理电路和AD转换电路的设计方案,并给出了它与微控制器的应用接口电路.实际应用表明,该方案满足分辨率为±0.1℃、准确度为±0.2℃的设计要求.%Considering the temperature drift in measurement, a solution to it was proposed from selecting temperature sensor, measurement method, actual measurement circuit and filtering algorithm; and then the signal amplification and conditioning circuit of two AD623 and the A/D circuit were expounded and a relevant interface circuit was presented. The application proves the system requirements for ± 0. 1℃ resolution and ±0. 2℃ accuracy are satisfied.
