根据纸机的工艺结构及要求,提出了采用光纤主/从宏连接的方式,并根据偏差信号的大小选择先进的PID控制算法来调节实现对负荷分配的控制,利用二叉树数据结构算法实现速度链结构的控制,设计了基于Profibus的纸机传动控制系统.%Considering the structure and requirements of paper machine, the optical fiber master/slave macro connection was proposed; and basing on error signal size, the advanced PID control algorithm was chosen to control load distribution; and the algorithm of binary tree in data structure was taken to control speed chain structure and to design the Profibus-based paper machine drive control system. The operation proves the stability and reliability of this system.
