连退生产线焊缝跟踪监控系统设计

摘要

For application of seam tracking in the continuous annealing line, the program for weld position calculation was given based on S7-400 PLC and the monitor client was build based on C language and WinCC,as well as the implementation details and program code were presented. Application results prove both reliability and stability of this seam tracking system.%介绍了在连退生产线焊缝跟踪监控系统研究中,以S7-400作为控制器编制焊缝位置计算程序,运用C语言作为开发语言,在WinCC软件中构建监控客户端,实现连退生产线中焊缝的实时跟踪和监控,并介绍其详细步骤和程序代码.实践证明,该焊缝跟踪系统工作可靠、稳定,能满足实时性要求.
