基于STC89C52单片机LED频闪转速表设计

摘要

Making use of STC89C52 MCU ,a low-cost and energy-saving portable LED stroboscopic tachometer was designed to replace the traditional ones in petrochemical enterprises so that the on-line pneumatic equipment components inspection and the measurement of rotational speed can be implemented, including fault diagnosis of fracture damage caused by sudden accidents and accidents of production equipment.%利用STC89C52单片机设计制作了低成本、节能和便携的LED频闪转速表,替代传统频闪转速表作为石化企业中转动设备在线状态监测的工具,实现运转中动设备转动部件的检查及转速测量,有利于石油化工企业在线状态监测、在线故障诊断工作的开展,保障转动设备安全运行,避免石油化工装置中动设备因转动部件突然断裂损坏而引发设备事故甚至生产事故.
