工业环境下管道泄漏弱信号检测装置设计

         

摘要

Considering the weak signal detection and data acquisition of water supply pipeline leakage in industrial environments, and in accordance with the design idea of low noise, low power consumption and low cost, a detector which having LC0151T huilt-in IC piezoelectric acceleration transducer based, and AD574A and STC89C52RC cored was designed and experimented to decide pipeline leakage and to locate the leakage position when integrating with the upper computer. The research results can also be extended to other application areas.%针对工业环境下供水管道泄漏微弱信号的检测与提取进行研究,按照低噪声、低功耗和低成本的设计思想,以内装IC压电加速度侍感器LC0151T为基础,以AD574A和STC89C52RC为核心设计了信号检测装置,并进行了相应的试验研究.该装置可用于判断管道泄漏情况,并可与上位机结合进行漏点定位,同时其研究成果还可扩展应用于其他领域.
