在线水中油分监测控制系统在动力凝结水装置的应用

摘要

针对锅炉凝结水系统存在物料泄漏的问题,安装在线水中油分监测仪和紧急切断阀并组成联锁控制系统,在线水中油分监测仪能及时反映系统泄漏情况,以最短时间找出漏点,当凝结水中带油时通过切断阀及时切除,防止带油凝结水进入锅炉系统.%Considering the material leakage in boiler condensate system,the inter-locking system which consisting of the on-line oil content monitoring system and cut-off valve were installed to report and find out the leakage point and to bring the cut-off valve into action against the condensate water with oil from entering the boiler system.
