基于PLC的水箱液位PID计算机监控系统

摘要

A PLC-based PID control system for the water tank level was designed,in this joint control model,the PLC can realize PID control of the water tank level and the host computer answers for monitoring and management of the field data.The actual application shows that this system with high stability and reliability can complete precise control of water tank level and data monitoring and recording.%基于PLC设计出一套水箱液位PID计算机监控系统.该系统采用计算机与PLC构成上、下位机的联合控制模式,PLC用于实现水箱液位的PID控制,计算机负责监视与管理现场数据.实际应用表明,该系统能够实现对水箱液位的精确控制以及现场数据的监视和记录,并且具有运行稳定、可靠性高等优点.
