纺织空调控制系统的研究及应用

摘要

A distributed control system which contains central supervisory control station, controllers and actuators was constructed, and the configuration software which considering the textile industry had been independently developed, including the cascade control and the split range control. Application in dust removal in textile industry proves the system reliability in communication and monitoring.%构建了包含集中监控站、现场控制器和现场执行器的分布式控制系统,自主开发了融合纺织行业特点的组态软件,采用了串级控制和分程控制等智能控制技术.在纺织空调除尘的实际应用中,系统通信顺畅,监控可靠,取得了较好的应用效果.
