In order to solve problems like visual fatigue and operational errors in traditional HMI monitoring which boasting of simple planar graph with points , lines and planes , and considering the complex communica-tion protocols and the system ’ s poor openness and interoperability in industrial areas , a new HMI was de-signed, which has characteristics like low cost and simple in operation ,artistic patterns and 3D effect and high scalability .It can realize interface level isomorphic of the heterogeneous network based on OPC technology .%为解决传统监控人机界面仍停留在点线面的简单平面图形上而造成的视觉疲劳及操作失误等问题,针对工业领域中通信协议复杂、系统开放性和互操作性差的弊端,基于OPC技术实现异构网络接口层同构化,设计出一种成本较低、操作简洁、图案美观且具有3D效果、可扩展能力较强的新型监控人机界面。
