光气合成过程中双闭环比值控制系统的应用分析

摘要

光气合成过程中氯气和一氧化碳加料工艺要求准确控制加料量的同时保证加料的安全性，因此对这两种物料的加料量控制采用双闭环比值控制系统安全联锁方案，并结合实际应用加以分析。%Considering the fact that phosgene synthesis process in feeding both chlorine and carbon monoxide oper-ation asks for higher control accuracy and security,the safety interlocking scheme of the double closed-loop ratio control system was proposed for the control over the feeding amount,and its practical application was analyzed.
