热式质量流量计在核电厂液体微小流量测量中的应用

摘要

Based on the working principle of commonly-used thermal mass flow-meters and taking the leakage measurement of the main pump’s 3rd-level seal as an example,the flow-meter’s applicability in micro-flow-rate measurement in the nuclear power plant was discussed and compared with the existing measuring methods.%根据热式质量流量计的工作原理，以主泵第三级密封泄漏流的测量为例，分析了其在核电厂液体微小流量测量中的适用性，并与现有的测量方法进行了比较。
