在线分析仪管理系统的开发与应用

摘要

开发在线分析仪管理系统,给出了系统结构、主要功能和软件的设计开发,将在线分析仪的数据采集、操作维护、校验及标定等功能纳入该平台.实际应用表明:系统具有较高的可靠性和实用性,在提高维护效率、降低维护成本的同时,为生产操作人员提供可靠的分析数据,实现了对在线分析仪的管理维护和优化控制.%The ADMS (analyzer data management system) was developed and both design and development of its structure,main functions and software were presented;the analyzer's data acquisition,operation maintenance and validation were brought into the system platform.The practical application shows that,this ADMS has high reliability and practicability and it provides operators with reliable analysis data while having maintenance efficiency increased and the maintenance cost reduced.The maintenance,management and optimal control of on-line analyzers can be realized.
