微波界位计在渣油加氢装置冷低分罐r油水界位测量上的应用

     

摘要

Agar interface detector which based on microwave energy absorption technology makes use of the difference between oil' s dielectric constant and that of the water to emit high frequency and low power wave at the top of ID sensor antenna so as to detect the amount of energy absorbed by transmitter and to obtain an ana-log which has linear relationship with water content in the oil and then, to have them converted into 4~20mA for output.The off-line calibration method of the transmitter outside of the tank was presented.Comparing the measurement curves of two instruments shows that, this Agar microwave interface detector becomes more sensi-tive in measurement and it can satisfy the process requirements.%基于微波能量吸收技术的Agar界位计可利用油和水介电常数不同,在探针顶端天线发射一个高频低功耗能量,检测天线周围介质所吸收的能量,产生与油中水含量成线性关系的模拟量,并转换输出4~20 mA信号.同时给出变送器的罐外离线校准方法.通过两种仪表的测量曲线对比可以看出:微波界位计测量更加灵敏,满足工艺控制要求.
