天津市城市社区护士继续教育培训现状分析与对策研究

摘要

Through the investigation and analysis of status of continuing education training community nurses in Tianjin. The discovery and summary of community nurses to some problems in the education and training, put forward according to the actual demand development training project, strengthen administrative management and discipline, performance evaluation, balanced and reasonable arrangement, resolve the contradictions between science, practical training project content, take the case as the center, lfexible and various teaching methods. To further improve the community nurses continuing education and training operation mechanism and management mode, improve the continuing education community nurses in Tianjin, to satisfy the needs of the development of community health services.%通过对天津市城市社区护士继续教育培训现状的调查和分析。发现和总结天津市城市社区护士继续教育培训中的一些问题，提出根据实际需求开发培训项目；加强行政管理和纪律约束，绩效综合考评；统筹兼顾合理安排，解决工学矛盾；加强培训项目内容的实践性；以案例为中心，灵活多种教学方式。进一步完善城市社区护士继续教育培训运行机制与管理模式，提高天津市城市社区护士继续教育培训水平，满足社区卫生服务发展的需要。
