护理干预在介入治疗输卵管堵塞再通中的临床应用分析

ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing intervention in interventional treatment of tubal blockage and then pass the application results.Methods68 patients were divided into two groups, the control group received usual care, nursing intervention to strengthen the observation group, compared two groups of treatment. Results The fallopian tube recanalization rate was 96.30%, higher than of 78.18%, observation group pregnancy rate was 47.06%, higher than the 20.59% in the observation group, complication rate was 2.94%, down from 23.53% in the control group, compared to a signiifcant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionNursing interventions in interventional tubal recanalization patients application results are obvious.%目的：探讨护理干预在介入治疗输卵管堵塞再通中的应用效果。方法将68例患者分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组加强护理干预，对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组输卵管再通率为96.30%，高于对照组的78.18%；观察组妊娠率为47.06%，高于对照组的20.59%；观察组并发症发生率为2.94%，低于对照组的23.53%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预在介入治疗输卵管再通患者中的应用效果较好。
