With the deepening reform of higher vocational teaching, and the construction of model college being perfected, requirement for each professional course's refinement is imminent. Under the condition of basic maturity of the construction of professional courses, joint development of common courses and professional courses, the deeper reform, will be the highlight and characteristic of model college's perfection. The trend of professionalization of common courses' teaching is unstoppable. In order to truly achieve the seamless joint of "producing, studying and researching", and to train applied-type skilled talents demanded by the society, our school conducted the research on the current situation of oral medical professional English teaching.
