医学院（校）开设公共必修课《病案信息学》的思考

摘要

病案信息学是一门研究病案资料发生、发展、信息转化、信息传递、信息系统运行规律的实用性边缘学科。医学院（校）将病案信息学设为公共必修课程，有助于医学生了解病案管理的基本程序和要求，了解病案的意义和保证病案质量的重要性，对今后从事医疗卫生实践活动起到重要作用，既有必要性，又有可行性。对于课程开设，从教学目标、教材采用、任课教师素质要求、增加实习操作环节、改革教学方式、课时设置等多个方面提出了具体的实施方案。%Medical informatics is a practical and interdisciplinary study of the formation and development of cases, transformation and transmission of information, and running of information system. It is necessary and feasible to design it as a public required course because it helps students understand the basic procedures and requirements for records management, as well as the essence and quality of records, which is meaningful to their practicing. We proposed a practical implementation scheme in this paper regarding teaching objects, selection of textbooks, requirements of teachers, schedule design with more practicing training, and reform of teaching style.
