Developing Academy-type three grade hospital with medical, education and scientiifc research, research management is very important. The research management personnel's comprehensive ability is in relation to the level of the scientiifc research management. At present, there are some problems in research management staff and we put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures in order to keep up with the development of scientiifc research situation. Thus our research administrator can serve the clinical scientiifc research workers well, so as to quickly upgrade the research strength in entire hospital.%创建“医疗、教育、科研三位一体”的学院型医院，科研管理是至关重要的一个环节，科研管理人员的综合能力关系到医院的科研管理水平。针对目前医院科研管理人员存在的一些问题提出相应的建议和对策，以期让医院科研管理紧跟目前科研形势的发展，更好地服务于临床科研工作者，从而快速提升整个医院的科研实力。
