目标性心理护理干预对外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者心理状态的影响

摘要

Objective To explore goal psychological nursing intervention therapy of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation of mental status in patients with clinical effect.MethodsRandomly selected 2012 April to June 2013 treatment in our hospital of 70 cases of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation patients, divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each as the research object of study, observation group in the conventional treatment based on given targeted psychological nursing intervention treatment.Results The patients in the observation group SCL-90 scores were lower than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05), observe matching degree of the patients in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion The objective psychological nursing intervention can effectively regulate the psychological status of patients with traumatic perforation of the membrane.%目的：探讨目标性心理护理干预治疗法对外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者心理状态的临床效果。方法随机选取2012年4月～2013年6月就诊于我院的70例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者，分为观察组和对照组各35例作为研究对象，观察组患者在常规治疗方法的基础上给予目标性心理护理干预方法治疗。结果观察组患者治疗后SCL-90评分低于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗的配合程度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者目标性心理护理干预能有效调节患者心理状态。
