温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：探究温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果，为疾病的治疗提供临床依据。方法选择我院2014年5月～2015年5月收治的88例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象，应用随机数法将其分为实验组和对照组各44例。两组患者采取相同的常规治疗措施，在此基础上，实验组患者行温针灸治疗。对两组的治疗结果进行对比。结果实验组患者通过温针灸干预后，治疗有效率及显效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗中两组均未出现不良反应现象。结论温针灸对于膝骨关节炎的治疗效果好，明显改善临床症状。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and to provide clinical basis for the treatment of diseases.Methods From May 2014 to May 2015 were among the 88 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients as the research object, the application of the method of random divided into experimental group and the control group (n=44). Two groups of patients with the same routine treatment measures, and on this basis, the experimental group patients warming needle moxibustion treatment. The treatment results of two groups were compared.Results The experimental group patients by warming needle moxibustion after the intervention, treatment effectiveness and efficiency is higher than the control group, difference results have significant statistical significance (P<0.05); Treatment in both groups no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion The temperature of warming needlemoxibustion for knee osteoarthritis treatment effect is good, signiifcantly improve the clinical symptoms.
