喀什地区农村中小学体育教师职业规划的现状调查

摘要

Using literature, field research and other methods, the current situation of the professional planning of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Kashgar prefecture was investigated. Kashgar prefecture rural primary and secondary school physical education teacher shortage, the gender imbalance; lack of awareness of career planning;school training for physical education teachers career planning and guidance cannot meet the needs of professional development;professional fantastic lax, low professional. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the development of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Kashgar prefecture through the external environment and internal factors.%运用文献资料、实地调研等方法，对喀什地区农村中小学体育教师职业规划的现状进行调研。认为喀什地区农村中小学体育教师数量不足，性别比例失调；缺乏职业规划的认识；学校对体育教师职业规划的培训和引导不能满足对专业成长的需要；职业情致松懈，专业理想不高等问题。提出通过外部环境和内部原因两种因素的结合，促进喀什地区农村中小学体育教师职业规划发展的建议和改善对策。
