河南省2011年急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测分析

摘要

Objective To know the epidemiological characteristic of acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)cases and to evaluate the quality of surveillance in Henan in 2011. Methods The epidemiological method was used to analyze the data. Results 701 cases with AFP was reported in Henan in 2011, the reported incidence was 3.64/100 000,All of the cases was reported in 89.9%of the counties. 83%of the cases were children under 5 years old. Gender ratio was 1.97:1.All of the surveillance indicators were more than 80%. Conclusion The high level of AFP surveillance was kept in Henan province in 2011, AFP surveillance system have met the requirements of WHO and Ministry of Health of China.%　　目的了解河南省2011年急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例流行病学特征,评价AFP病例监测质量.方法运用描述流行病学方法对河南省2011年AFP病例数据进行整理、分析.结果全省2011年报告AFP病例701例,报告发病率3.65/10万,全省89.9%的县区有病例报告.报告病例5岁以下儿童为主,占83%.男女性别比为1.97∶1.全省2011年各项及时性指标均在80%以上.结论河南省2011年AFP病例监测系统保持较高的质量,AFP监测敏感性和及时性指标均达到世界卫生组织和卫生部要求.
