连续性血液净化治疗急性肺水肿合并急性左心衰46例临床效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨连续性血液净化治疗急性肺水肿合并急性左心衰的临床效果。方法选择2012年2月-2013年2月收治的46例急性肺水肿合并急性左心衰的患者，分为对照组与观察组，每组23例。对照组给予常规的药物治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上+连续性血液净化，观察两组患者治疗前后免疫功能指标的变化。结果观察组患者BNP、血氧饱和度治疗后明显升高，LVEF、收缩压、舒张压、心率值治疗后明显下降（P<0.05）；住院天数（24.79±4.7）d、（30.36±5.1）d，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论连续性血液净化是临床上治疗急性肺水肿合并急性左心衰的有效方法。%ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute pulmonary edema associated with acute left heart failure.Methods46 patients with acute pulmonary edema complicated with acute left heart failure in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were chosen, then divided into the control group and the observation group, each group was of 23 cases. The control group was given with routine drug treatment, and patients in the observation group were taken with continuous blood purification based on routine treatment. The changes of immune function indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results The continuous blood purification after BNP, LVEF, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.05). The hospitalization days were (24.79 ± 4.7) d, (30.36 ± 5.1) d in the observation group, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification is one of effective methods in treatment of acute pulmonary edema associated with acute left heart failure.
