目的：比较去枕仰卧位与前屈位、平卧中性自然位在颈椎病变磁共振检查中的应用效果。方法所有220例受试者使用1.5 T磁共振成像仪进行颈椎前屈位、平卧中性自然位与去枕仰卧位的成像进行分析，比较三种体位下颈椎间盘、椎管与椎序列的变化情况，并分析其成像情况与成像满意度。结果220例受试者中，进行颈椎前屈位磁共振检查的患者60例，平卧中性自然位的患者75例，去枕仰卧位的患者85例；比较去枕仰卧位与前屈位、平卧中性自然位的应用效果，发现去枕仰卧位在颈椎病变磁共振的检查中成像效果比对比组的清晰，显示其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），χ2＝70.24%。而患者对磁共振时的体位满意度比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），χ2＝1.772%。结论去枕仰卧位更适合于颈椎病变患者的磁共振检查。%Objective Observing and comparing the clinical effect made on MRI of cervical Spondylolysis among the flexion position, neutral position and supine position ,It can determine the suitability of a pillow. Methods There were 220 subjects who were tested using 1.5 magnetic resonance imaging to analyze cervical flexion,neutral position and supine imaging pillow. Comparing the three kinds of position changes of cervical intervertebral disc, vertebral canal, vertebral sequence, then analyze the satisfaction of imaging. Results In 220 subjects, 60 patients with cervical flexion MRI, 75 cases of patients with supine neutral position, supine pillow in 85 patients;compared to the pillow supine and flexion, procumbent neutral position effect, found to pillow supine in cervical spondylosis variable magnetic scan imaging effect than the comparison group showed clear, the difference was significant (P<0.05),χ2=70.24%. But no statistically significant in patients with postural satisfaction NMR and compare the difference (P>0.05), χ2 =1.772%.Conclusion To bolster supine is suitable for patients with cervical lesions in magnetic resonance imaging.
