目的：探讨麻醉术前访视对大容量肺灌洗患者的临床意义。方法将行肺灌洗术的患者400例随机分为对照组（A组）和实验组（B组）。A组只进行简单的麻醉协议书书签字，B组除此之外，再由麻醉医师术前1 d进行健康教育和心理干预，同时观察两组患者术前心率、血压和麻醉苏醒期躁动发生情况。结果比较两组患者术前1 d（T 1）及入室（T 2）心率、血压及麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论术前访视可以减轻患者紧张、焦虑、恐惧心理，稳定其心率、血压，降低全麻醉苏醒期躁动（EA）发生率，从而减少麻醉意外和并发症的发生，保证患者围术期的安全。%Objective To investigate the anesthesia preoperative visiting on large volume lung lavage in patients and its clinical significance. Methods 400 cases of lung lavage patients were randomly divided into control group (group A) and experimental group (group B). The group A was only simple anesthesia agreement book signing, group B besides, again by the anesthesiologist preoperative day 1 for health education and psychological intervention, the patients of the two groups were observed in preoperative heart rate, blood pressure and anesthesia restlessness of occurrence. Results Of the two patients 1 day before surgery ( T 1) and ( T 2 ) a heart rate, blood pressure and anesthesia restlessness of incidence, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative interview can relieve the patient of tension, anxiety, fear, stability of the heart rate and blood pressure, reducing the total anesthesia restlessness ( EA ) incidence, thereby reducing anesthesia accidents and complications, ensure the safety of patients in perioperative period.
