目的观察分析手术与非手术治疗1、2级闭合性肝外伤的临床疗效.方法选取2009年10月~2011年10月收治的48例闭合性肝外伤患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法分为手术治疗组17例和非手术治疗组31例，观察比较两组疗效.结果两组并发症发生率及住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论非手术治疗并发症少，安全性更高，且能够缩短住院时间，应作为临床处理1、2级闭合性肝外伤的首选治疗方法.%Objective To observe the operation and non operation therapy analysis of 1, 2 level of closed hepatic trauma:clinical efficacy. Methods From October 2009 to October 2011 48 cases of closed hepatic trauma patients, in accordance with the treatment methods are divided into the treatment group of 17 cases operation and non operation treatment group 31 cases, were compared between the two groups. Results Two complication rate and duration of hospitalization was significantly (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The non operation treatment of complication, high safety, and can shorten the time of hospitalization, should be used as a clinical treatment in 1, 2 level of closed hepatic trauma of the preferred method of treatment.
