整体护理在肛肠手术患者中的应用及体会

摘要

Objective To study application effect and experience of the holistic nursing care in the patients with anorectal surgery. Methods From January 2010 to December 2011, 50 patients with anorectal surgery were given holistic nursing care, the nursing effect was observed. Results The nursing of patients after only 1 cases with incision infection postoperative complications, accounting for 2%; nursing satisfaction of 96% (48/50). Conclusion Patients with anorectal operation, the patients taking holistic nursing approaches, can effectively improve the patient's psychological characteristic, improve psychological quality, so as to improve the cure rate.%　　目的探讨整体护理在肛肠手术患者中的应用效果及体会.方法对2010年1月~2011年12月来广东省佛山市禅城区朝阳医院治疗的50例肛肠手术患者进行整体护理，观察护理效果.结果护理后患者仅有1例出现切口感染的术后并发症，占2.0%；护理满意度达96.0%(48/50).结论针对肛肠手术患者，对患者采取整体护理的方法，可以有效改善患者的心理特征，提升心理素质，从而提高治愈率.
